I have been busy last two weeks and cound't find time for blog...sorry what was i doing? looking for new room to move in, And..part time class started last week..feels something is missing..because I miss DH24 a lot..espcially G4...T.T I miss F&B practical class,flambe, fun lunch together, those hard time before final exam, rushed for assignments at last min, ...and all those fun times I wish I could get back and study Diploma again with you guys... Fed up at work..long hours, hot kitchen that the temperature never goes below 30 degree C + with a mask covers my nose and mouth that made me hard breathing..Boss..u killing us? ^^  this never goes below 30 C  it's juz my job..i don't kill d cow la...only cut..hehe^^ last week off day..dine in at GK with my b'day voucher..not much..just S$50..  this is the premium wagyu beef...which melt in yr mouth...like icecream..haha..of cos not    Karubi Don  Labels: work Thursday, June 11, 2009

i'm DEAD Sometime I just hate myself for cannot make a decision on my own. WHY? Why am I going around and asking opinions ? My life, my future and my dreams Why can't I make it myself? Useless of thinking" making me headache and stress but...finally I had made the decision take a part time degree course here and continue working Gonna get my life busy with work & study BTW there is always bad and good things togather last week was a disaster bloody hell tired *no OFF day* one staff on leave for 1 week...enought? NO and get 2 days MC after leave..WTF you just diarrhea..need to take 2 days?? Even when I felt f*cking dizzy, breathing difficulties, I've never dream of taking MC still on the 3rd day...why can't you just do morning shift although it's palnned afternoon thanks to the one planned the schedule you have done a great job 2 stations, one staff couldn't finish my jobs, no break from 11 am till 12 midnight.. 13 hours of work Do you think i am a... frustrating working in Holland Village outlet's kitchen most frustrated job ever..like working in the sauna room..just standing there can make my underwear wet...XD good is that not busy there...get bored and wanna fall asleep ... my big job is to drink ice water and go toilet every hour...lol this is the mini work place, just in front of the stove..you can imagine how hot it can be  feel hot now...ok, let's talk about others.. have you ever heard so called "water oven"?..we have this in HV outlet..cost SGD 1000+...   then you want it steam? bake?grill?roast?..just select and time it..it works   do you think it's cool??but it takes too long to defrost meat.. it takes about 30 min to defrost while the microwave oven only 1 min...which is more convenient? end of May..it is definitely one year had worked in S'pore..so what? so i will have to pay the stupid tax..not to the S'pore gov but to the stupid MM gov..fu*k..i'm not working in your country...why do you still want to tax??not getting enough money in your country huh?...or you all used to beg money, idiot BEGGARS gov...oo()oo F**K U Labels: work Wednesday, May 20, 2009

this's how life goes haiz... the first day in new outlet..coz the staff overthere resigned...sigh first..i checked the inventory......wtf so many items unbalance.. 25 and 35 ...different a lot huh? more wrost..the Wagyu Fillet turn brown... it's freaking hot in the kitchen...take out the meat,the fat can melt within second... and it's hot and bored...just a few tables for the whole night..gonna fall asleep.. =.= tired...tired ...
